Once there was a.....

It's been more than 4 years, still she can remember that all like it happened just yesterday.
That first love😍..... Those butterfly feeling in stomach 😂.... Everything.

She wanted to be his support in his hard times but she didn't know..... how?
In his bitterly hard time.... She wanted to be with him to say everything will be all right.

I remember, she wore his favourite colour blue and drove to his place for the first time.
She reached, hugged him and was saying every beautiful word to lighten his heavy heart. But ..
She felt a hand moving in her dress, she pushed him and said I'm not here for this all. Please, don't do that.
I want that... And don't worry, nothing much will happen. You too will enjoy it. It's fun. He said
He look into her eyes... Don't you trust me?

She started to say... This is not about trust things. I'm not ready for this now. Try to understand. I don't want it. If you want it.... Lemme go then and. . . . 

He put his huge hand over her mouth and unbuttoned her pants. She was moving like a fish without water. He then put his hand on her throat and pressed it hard. It was hard for her to inhale, she was trying to get herself free.
But she couldn't.
After he set her free... She completed her words what kinda trust I should do on you.

He fall down on bed and was smiling. She got to know she'll never get her answers here.
She wore and left the place asap. She saw herself being followed by him.

She just didn't stop. 

There was a moment when she saw a heavy vehicle moving on road. And she decided to jump on it's way and get the peace she lost that day. 

She tried but failed.

He caught her....

I looked her from far. I walked to ask her but I noticed him and he was apologizing and she was not letting him touch her even on her shoulders.
They argued and he hugged her while she kept crying.
He hold her hand like was making some promises and left.

She with a smile, waved her hand to say bye 

and 

then turned and her eyes again starting flowing like she met a huge loss that couldn't be filled by words anytime.
She was moving her each step like a burden is moving with every next step.

I met her for the first time that day. Though I'm a girl full of life and fun... But from that day... I'm with her who can't even breath without a guilt. She lost her self respect, dignity and most important self confidence.

खामोशी

सिर्फ "आंखो का पानी" नहीं,

मेरा रोम रोम लहू की गाथा जानता है।

फिर भी अकसर "चुप" कह,

मेरे दर्द को...

खामोशी में धकेला जाता है।।

Few days back, I saw girl of 12-13 of high school.
She was behaving actually wierd and being a teacher I noticed her.
....
N tbh.... I scolded her, when she was screaming at her friend who was asking her for the lunch.
....
On even after being scolded... She didn't join her friends for the lunch.
Then I went there n sat next to her n calmly asked her the problem.
....
She was scared, i thought cz of me.
So, I comfort her..... I offered her cookies from my bag.
We talked a bit n then she said "Ma'am, meri dress me khun hai. Or muje pet me bhot drd ho rha h." ....
Suddenly her smile fades n she was almost crying.
I gave her another cookie. And asked if her parents gave her menstrual education or not.
....
Unfortunately, she didn't know anything about this.
N she was actually scared. Her lips nd hands were shivering continuously.
....
Then we talked for a while.
She listened to every detail I was saying about menstruation.
N also told her how to use the sanitary napkins.
....
....
....
Dear parents,
Talk to ur child about every topic including the sensitive topic of menstrual cycle and sex too.
....
....
My young fellows knowing about this thing is ur right n don't shy or hesitate in talking or asking about these all things.

Family time in covid-19 lockdown

किन्हीं फुरसत के लम्हों की जो सालो से इच्छा थी
लो अब जा के मिल ही गए।

बीमारी के बहाने ही सही
कुछ उनकी सुन और दो मन की कह तो ली

लो एक चुस्की फुसरत की
बैठ बालकनी में नसीब हो ही गई

हाथो में ताज़ा अखबार नहीं तो क्या...
पुरानी गृहशोभा और संगिनी तो मिली।

अपनों से अपने कुछ शिक्वे तो मिटे
और अब जाकर घर की चारों दीवारें
..... एक साथ एक छत के नीचे बैठी तो सही।

बीमारी के सहारे ही सही
 दो बातें अपनों से हस बैठ के हुई तो सही।

Covid 19- Warriors

हां मैं मानती हूं
की खूब कोहराम मचा है
जिंदगी मौत के बीच एक संग्राम छिड़ा है।।

पर खुदा कसम
एक एक बन्दा आज अपनी जगह डट कर खड़ा है।

मुश्किल जरूर है...
पर हर एक फ़ौजी जीवन  इस बार बेझिझक खड़ा है।

मुझे इस बार भूखे ना सोना पड़े
तो सिर्फ अपनी औलाद के लिए नहीं
मेरे लिए भी एक बाप मुंह बांधे रात को ही
खाने का ट्रक लिए दुश्मन के सामने खड़ा है।

तो कहीं मैं दर्द में ना रों पडू
वो जवां... दिन रात मेरे लिए
सब भूल इलाज की जंग लड़ रहा है।।

This fight against corona is actually is a fight only bcz of these warriors.
Govt employees
Food suppliers
Electricity department
Water department
People in cleanliness

N most important the health department of nation
The doctors, nurses everybody associated to it are the true warriors.

If uh didn't our take stand, this fight would have ended so far with a huge defeat.
But , thnq for being with us.

Covid_19

अगर यूं...
दूसरों का आशियाना ना उजाड़ा होता,
तो शायद आज यू
....खुद अपने घरों में कैद ना होते।।

काश के  सदियों तक...
इस धरा को आग में ना झौका होता,

हर पल दुःशासन का चीर हरण सहू
फिर भी महाभारत की वजह.जानी जाऊ मैं।

छोटी उम्र से दो कुनबों का मान ढो रही,
थोडा डगमगा जाउ, तो कुल नाशिनी मैं।

मेरे कदमो मे जन्नत मिले,
पर जीवन भर नरक सहु मैं।

जवाब के इंतजार में मरती जा रही हु,
नहीं मिला, तो इसकी भी अपराधी मैं!!!

दरिया हु,
पर फिर भी प्यासी मैं।

रोशनी की किरण हु,
पर अन्धेरो मे कहीं गुमनाम मैं।

हर मन्जिल की राह हु,
पर खुद के रास्तों मे भटकी मै।

हर रिश्ते की नींव हु,
पर हर गलती का कारण मैं।

एक औरत हु,
